James Pellegrini

Jim Pellegrini is a medical product executive with subject matter expertise in medical device, pharmaceutical, and digital products.

Jim has core domain expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and business. He holds multiple engineering degrees from Lehigh University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He has worked in Fortune 500 companies including Johnson & Johnson and Becton Dickinson where he participated in product management from new product development through life cycle management for 20+ products.

Jim has also worked in numerous startup companies. In 2016 he founded PharmaSense, an analytics company with a digital product that optimized hospital drug purchasing and physical inventory management to reduce on-hand inventory and shrinkage by approximately 30%. As CEO, Jim successfully arranged and concluded the sale of that company to AmerisourceBergen (Fortune #8) in 2020.
