Dr. Grass has an MD degree from Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden and is specialized in anesthesia and intensive care. He has a PhD in neuroscience and also an executive MBA from Edinburgh Business School. His clinical experience includes general and cardiothoracic anesthesia and intensive care as well as primary care and emergency care. Dr. Grass also has 13 years of experience in leading positions within Life Science, both within Pharmaceutical and MedTech industries. He has been responsible for areas such as Medical and Clinical Affairs, Market Access, Sales and Research and Development. He speaks fluent English, German and Scandinavian languages and advanced level French.
