Brett Deaver is a sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience driving customer and patient focused innovation in the dental device and medical aesthetics markets.

He graduated from Fort Lewis College in 1994 with a B.A. in Marketing and began his MedTech career when he joined Biomet Dental in 2003.

Throughout his career, Brett has held executive leadership and general management positions in both large multinational companies and start-ups including Zimmer Biomet, Revance Therapeutics, and most recently with Smile Direct Club. His expertise lies in crafting tailored go to market strategies, scaling customer facing teams, and optimizing commercial operations to strategically penetrate high growth market segments with differentiated technologies and services.
