Delta G Ventures LLC (DGV), a strategic advisory firm based in Palm Beach Gardens Florida, is pleased to report strong performance during the first half of calendar year 2024. DGV has focused the last 6 months on rounding out its team of advisors and strategic partners while also pursuing additional clients.
DGV today totals twenty seasoned advisors with diverse health care-centered subject matter expertise. Service offerings range from strategy development and transaction support to comprehensive fractional roles as well as project-specific assignments.
Of particular importance, to better serve its clients DGV has focused its efforts on two important disciplines of support:
- The company formed a Clinician Advisory Council seeking specific feedback from key opinion leader dentists. Dr. Megan Shelton, Dr. Robert Blackwell, and Dr. Carl Drago have been brought on board to support DGV’s growing business in the dental sector.
- The growing presence of Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) as providers of oral care is notable, as such DGV has initiated a comprehensive examination of this segment. Several dental product and service clients have already requested support from the company to accelerate their penetration into these clinic groups.
New business has been robust with engagements initiated with multiple new clients. There has been strong interest in DGV’s services by private equity (PE) firms evaluating companies to potentially acquire. Given the extensive functional expertise DGV’s team has across multiple healthcare market segments, this promises to be one of the company’s most prolific areas of engagement.
Strategic partners have also been important in ensuring DGV comprehensively covers the needs of its customers. Today, six companies have signed cooperation agreements that enable bilateral referrals and more comprehensive support of healthcare clients.
DGV will participate in many healthcare conferences in the second half of the year. Partaking in these events is important to stay current with treatment and technology trends. As these meetings approach, DGV will communicate via LinkedIn its planned presence enabling interested parties to set up exploratory appointments.
