Lars Janson is a medical and dental device executive with subject matter expertise in the establishment of new companies and the commercialization of new technologies across the globe.

He started his career in 1989 after completing an MBA with honors at the University of Miami specializing in International Finance and Marketing. He has spent the bulk of his over 35-year career in leadership and executive roles with two large multinational medical companies: Johnson & Johnson (cardiovascular) and Biomet (dental).

Mr. Janson has leveraged the experience gained with J&J and Biomet to support and advise multiple emerging medical and dental device companies. He founded Delta G Ventures, LLC in 2015 in order to best accomplish this. His subject matter expertise is in developing and executing strategic commercial plans for the launch of new companies, innovations, or markets.
